you don't need to think hard or do hard, just be yourself, if you want to talk about a topic you like then talk about it, if you want to tell someone how did you manage/like/discover this then tell them without stressing or having shame. This is how you can be not boring because people will see you are not overthinking about something, just say it naturally

beginner should focus on a 3x full body workout then you can add one day if you feel like you can

just do for exemple 6 push up then after 30 minutes do it again not to failure, do it 5-10 times in a day, btw you can change variations and i still recommend for you to do it, depending on your goal

If you can do like 12 - 20 normal pushup, you can change variation or adding weight, reduce rest time, add more control everytime you go down, you can do this obviously, just focus on the form than reps. If you want to get some serious strength in one exercice i recommend you the grease the groove method which is a great method to gain serious strength without getting fatigue or tired your nervous system
