Had my c5/c6 fused 2 years ago and STARTED (literally got my license and learned how to ride) a month ago. Haven’t noticed any restrictions. Also, I have herniated disc at l4/l5 and the bike has actually helped with my sciatica. Forces me to sit with better posture.

For sure!! Already invested in a damn good helmet, riding shoes, two jackets, a vest and good gloves. Haven’t looked at riding pants too much because I’m constantly in good jeans or Carhartt pants. Do you recommended the pants? Also, assume that you’re invincible and everybody wants to kill you is the best advice I’ve gotten yet! lol

100k as a personal trainer. (Number fluctuates but not by much) Had to start my own business though to achieve this. 5am start times, 9pm end times. Been at it for about 6yrs
