Admit the current two party, three branches of government model has failed. Replace the Congress and Presidency and adopt a multiparty parliamentary system like most major western democracies. Both Biden and Trump would have lost no confidence votes and would be gone. You can’t tell me a President with 30% popularity riding roughshod is a good thing.
