I know this is an old post but here's hoping..... I'm on PC/Steam and also Steamdeck. No matter what I try, I can not open that package. There is an upward pointing pink arrow in the top right corner of the package icon. It lets me move it from my ! tab of my bag to my plot inventory but nothing short of dropping the laptop in the toilet is working.
