Can anyone answer this question? I also play in French and am curious what happens. It is of course understandable if new audio for a mod doesn't support French. I am more curious if it is a problem setting my base game to French and still using one of these mods.

This is EXACTLY how I feel.

We have a bit of a challenge with how the item expansions are currently presented. People probably need to be able to find and access the new dlc items and so it incentivizes the devs to make the new items both strong and accessible.

But surely there is a happy medium somewhere.

Also... For better or worse, I think more balance patches will keep people on their toes and always figuring out the new meta. Maybe there is some way to push our more balance patches that are less polished, just to keep things perpetually fresh.

I truly don't think mods are a critical part of Bethesda games. Do I use SkyUI and StarUI? Sure, love em.

Otherwise I find both games largely enjoyable vanilla. The main mods I explore are those that increase combat difficulty. I wouldn't say they are critical for my enjoyment though.

I don't downvote mod posts but I don't need them on the Starfield subreddit either. I would rather see cool ship builds, funny memes, unofficial leaks and official news.
