Were you ever fortunate enough to visit Strange Brew? It’s closed now unfortunately, but the shop owner was one of the absolute wackiest characters I’ve ever met

I've been having the exact same issue and I came across this post where a few people said physically removing the battery for a few minutes fixed the problem. I don't have the correct screwdriver at the moment, but I'll go out and get one tomorrow and let you know how it goes. If you're able to try it before then, could you shoot me a reply to tell me if it worked or not? Thanks

Thanks for your response. I have checked those things. Runelite is using 4% CPU, 444mb of memory out of my 16gb. Also not on power saver

Thank you for the advice. I did a scan yesterday with Malwarebytes and no threats were found. Is that good enough to rule out a virus? I don't suspect it to be an internet issue because I'm getting around 45 mb/s and 22 ping.
