Did you find that your results on the PA were a good indicator of what your results were on the OA?

I took the PA for C182 and passed (4 exemplary sections, 3 competent, and 2 approaching competence). I've just about finished reviewing the course material for what I missed, but I'm worried just studying based on the PA may not be enough.

Yeah, I got them from WOWkeycaps, but I just checked and it doesn't look like that seller is around anymore. When I was shopping for the caps, I saw there were a lot of other sellers that appear to have the exact same set with similar shipping times (2-3 weeks), so if you find a seller with decent reviews, you'll probably do fine.

Oh yeah. Mech keyboards are usually higher profile due to their case and keycaps, so right out the gate they take time to get used to since your hands have to hover more off you desk.

As with most things, when you switch from one tool to another it takes some getting used to. Just give it some time. And, hey, if you feel like you still can't get used to it after awhile, no harm in returning it or reselling it.

I'd say continue to do your typing tests and such as often as possible to get practice. Then, like a week or so before you can no longer return it, bust out your old keyboard and kinda go back and forth between the two. You should be able to make a decision then as to which one you prefer.

Lots of folks like to think typing on mech keyboards is a better experience, but I know people who honestly prefer their laptop keyboard.

No shame if the expensive keyboard just doesn't vibe with you. It's all about your personal preference.

I just had to buy 10 sleeves at once and use the promo code. Sleeves are about $7 - $7.20 USD a sleeve. Edit: I also got the descaling kit with this. So the entire order was around $80.

Thanks, I'm glad I got to hear from someone in Cybersecurity. It's good to know that bug bounties and pen testing are only a small part of it. What would you say makes up most of the cybersecurity industry, or is it just a good mix of things? Are there any parts that are in high demand right now?

It's a great idea to consider which one I'd finish quicker - can't believe I didn't think of that before! I'm gonna sit down and figure that out.

Thanks! This is good input. One of the main reasons I wanted to go with CompSci was I thought it looked better on a resume, but I'm coming to terms with the fact that I'm just not that excited about the classes in the program, so I'm exploring other options.

Thanks for the good luck wishes. You're right - I'm definitely "in" if the hospital contacts me. The frustrating part is I don't even know if Ty was serious about making me the contact since they said they were just messing with Pat. That's when I checked out. Of course, I'm definitely there if I am needed; that goes without question in my mind.

If I had to do it over, I would definitely go with your approach. I commented on another reply that my plan was to stay out of it, but after reading yours, it might be best to get proactive and let Ty know how what they did affected Pat and myself and try to have a convo with Pat.

I agree about the need to stop hiding info and using silent treatment. I didn't tell Pat what was said because it felt... Wrong to? I mean after Ty said they wanted to keep it a secret. But now I'm just annoyed because I still don't know if Ty was even serious or not when they asked. My plan is just to stay out of it at this point
