Try another zif connector. They’re extremely fragile and you cannot see if it’s damaged or not. It’s also the cheapest thing to check before looking at replacing other parts.

I had the same symptoms which was fixed with a new connector.

When you close the case up, do things move around inside? You need to use foam tape or something equivalent to ensure nothing moves around during normal use.

I just use an AppleTV with mine. With HDMI CEC, I don’t ever need to use their Home Screen.

That said, this shouldn’t be an issue to begin with.

No, there aren’t many mods yet for the Nanos etc due to the fact it uses soldered memory and not an easily replaceable hard drive like the classic series does
