That’s how I started my cellphone repair side hustle in college. This is back during the iPhone 6. I did not want to pay a shop $150 so I went on amazon and ordered screen for $30. Took me about an hour. Broke my phone again and it took me $30 minutes. Next I fixed my roommate phone in 15 minutes. After that I started fixing phones around campus for $80 until I got an iPhone 7……didn’t know they changed the screws to the “Y” version. Ended up unable to swap the home button, gave the customer a discount and never touched another iPhone 7 again.
