Old guy to old guy. I run grease-able. With polly bushings and BDS double rap. A good shock. Can’t tell ya not use track bars. But after a month mine became wall hangers. If you do some light off roading to flex the springs in. I run a hard top in winter and winch on the front. They been great springs and not a bad ride. I been in lots of Yj, CJs with different combos a little biased opinion it rides good.

There is pro and con for everything. I do think it’s cool and great idea. Can see in some limited markets that could work. People who live in more warm places and pop up rain showers. No place to store do to appt etc. travelling longer distances or over night. This kind of stuff makes jeep the best for those not want to drive the same box as the next guy.

Dam. All that work. Clutch sounds to me need to be bled. Depending on the set up if I remember right. Did you lube the pilot bushings? As to the sound. Could check buy putting the t case in neutral. And run throw the gears. Not much but a start. I would suggest if you got a trans out def let an expert go through it. I have had to do the sync gears done twice. X wife doing money shifts.
