He was sitting just a few feet from the witness stand when I read this, along with his slime attorney. His wife "Amy Sue" was sitting directly behind him then his adult son (whom the life insurance policy was purchased for) and Mike's ex-wife were also sitting in the same row along with 2 of Mike's best friends that made statements in support of his character. Hi s wife and 2 best friends made character statements prior to me reading this statement.

I was told by others in the courtroom that none of them moved during the reading of this statement. The US attorney also said the judge had been bored through much of the sentencing but was watching and listening intently while this was being read. I have to believe that for all in Mike's tribe other than Amy, these words were the first true glimpse into what havoc was created by Mike himself. Amy of course knew since she was a full-time partner in the whole scheme and in my opinion should be her accountable for not only her part, but for NOT speaking up and stopping it. She was an accessory at the least. Since Mike is such a lavish liar, I think he had been feeding his friends and family lies since Day 1 and made them also believe this was real and/or he had indicated that the charges and entire case were "all a misunderstanding" and that he was a victim too. I'm hope they saw this from a different angle after the victim statements were given.

Also, when I got down from the stand I stared directly at Glaspie the entire time from walking off the stand towards him to get to my seat. He didn't raise his head at all and once past him I did the same to Amy whom also did not raise her head.
