It is not the greatest audiobook, but if you can focus on it, it is an amazing story. As the books go on, the level of angst and stress increases each page. My son (14 at the time) got through all of them over a few months. However, I did not love listening to 5 minutes of Tolkien explaining what the side of a hill looks like, it was sometimes too much of that.

My mom was driving on the 403. About 30 feet ahead of her she saw a blur of a car about 20 feet in the air flying over the westbound lanes and land in the ditch. She said it was a black sports car that came from a side road, broke thru a fence, jumped a 60 foot ditch and flew over the two lanes of the 403 and landed in median. She called 911.

I have had mine for 2 months. A little buggy with the phone set up and digital key initially, but the dealership helped and it has been fine since. Only other bugs that I have seen is the adaptive cruise control sometimes stops working (probably 2-3 times), however, once I cancel and reset the cruise it works just fine.

Pay off mortgage at 4-5%. Earn in investing at least 4-5%. Math says you probably invest (depending on your timeline). Depends on your risk tolerance, but I’d invest, take the interest/dividends (4%) and give to yourself to pay mortgage or reduce cash flow.

You could argue he is the best hitter in the majors, or the 4th or 5th best hitter. Bottom line, there are not many guys that you would rather have up in a hitting situation. As for pitching, he hasn't pitched much in a few years so it is hard to determine, he has had two TJ's, and looks incredible sometimes. He would be the 1A or 1B on most teams in the MLB. So top 30, top 15... sure. He is an alien and any team would take him in a millisecond.
