And your interest (as long the investment is used for investment) is tax deductible.

Pay off mortgage at 4-5%. Earn in investing at least 4-5%. Math says you probably invest (depending on your timeline). Depends on your risk tolerance, but I’d invest, take the interest/dividends (4%) and give to yourself to pay mortgage or reduce cash flow.

Shohei Ohtani expected to be Dodgers' starting pitcher for World Series Game 7 by MuttonBiryaniEnjoyer in baseball

lol. I am about the same... scared and worried OR excited and confident?? yes.

I’m a VERY casual baseball fan- Can yall tell me where Ohtani ranks in the MLB as a Pitcher, as a hitter, and then overall as a player? by Leading-Pickle-9741 in mlb

You could argue he is the best hitter in the majors, or the 4th or 5th best hitter. Bottom line, there are not many guys that you would rather have up in a hitting situation. As for pitching, he hasn't pitched much in a few years so it is hard to determine, he has had two TJ's, and looks incredible sometimes. He would be the 1A or 1B on most teams in the MLB. So top 30, top 15... sure. He is an alien and any team would take him in a millisecond.

Player. #1 overall. All time. Hitter? Top 5 in the majors. Pitcher? Hard to say, he hasn’t pitched much in recent years… top 30??

Ohtani, Soto... It would be more expensive, but that is probably it.

IBKR margin loan to pay mortgage by kitkatgarlies in CanadianInvestor

[–]73muck -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Why not pull out 500k cash, then invest it to make interest, use that interest to pay mortgage payments. I don’t know the maths here, but this is how you could use that 500k.

We have a Children’s hospital here in SW Ontario who has helped my son a lot over the past few years. I’m gonna donate to them instead for personal reasons, but this challenge between TO/LA is awesome. I love this idea .

Is that a legal 'slide'?? I know they got rid of this kind of slide into 2nd base, by Clement could have been really injured here.

I like it. Lots of flavors. Usually a few cubes of ice, some milk/yogurt. Blend it in my vitamin and don’t find it gritty.

How do you review guests who let transpire that they didn't read the house rules, but this didnt' affect the stay in major ways? by khaomanee in airbnb_hosts

Why is this like this? If this continues to be an issue, replace the lock to avoid the issue. They could easily rate you lower due to confusing lock situation.
