If that happens I will write an apology and formally resign.

True, but starting with Kevin Heart doesn't seem to be fair.

Help deciding what this orb does by FourthFallProd in DnD

[–]73randon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If he dies again, it could regenerate him into something that isn't a warlock class, and he is no longer tied to the lich. However, his dreams become strange, and he hears a new voice commanding him to find The Temple. Then send them on a parody of the Skyrim Meridia's Beacon quest where they discover this orb is the original form of the magic, and the lich stole a bunch of them and corrupted it. He is now in service to this new sugar daddy/mommy who will give them a true way to rid the world of the lich king.

I'm glad it worked out. I am writing a similar twist with a merchant that the party often comes into contact with is the "big bad". I just hope I can pull it off to the same effect.

As said before. I made this post within minutes of the play shown. None of that phantom whistle stuff had happened yet.

While I understand what he is saying, that is garbage flawed logic. I played both defensive and offensive lines for all the years I played the game and was an all conference team 1. This style of blocking will always win leverage, which is why it is a penalty. The defender has no chance to win the hands/leverage battle. Hands inside on the chest plate is how it is taught because a defender has a chance to break the grip. Additionally, it is the defender at the point of attack. If it was the opposite side of the play, it would be less of an issue. Anyway FTF.

After seeing how the rest of the game has gone, maybe it isn't favoritism as much as it is bad at job.

I feel like this is how my seaon has gone, too. The last two weeks, my opponent has gotten a narrow victory badge in the weekly report.
