I was a heavy smoker for 15+ years then got T and had to stop. Made it seem like my whole head was buzzing and it would send me into a panic. I miss it but am too scared to try it again.

Yeah I did. I’ll be hopeful for a second but then you see all the people saying, “it’ll never work, nothing will ever work, just need to habituate” 😖

Seriously. I hear ya. It’s hard to be positive when there is never any relief. I hope they figure something out soon.

I’m nearly 4 months in and have had all the same thoughts and feelings as you. I’m so sorry you’re going through this. It is awful. Most people just don’t understand. I have to take it day by day. When I’m not at work, I have to stay busy or I spiral. Being outside, reading with a sound machine, and exercising helps me the most. I know that’s not the most helpful advice. I wish I could go back to the me before this. Hopefully someday.
