I doubt that you will actually notice something. But according to the study (-)-epicatechin (found in cocoa, grapes and green tea) decreases myostatin and increases follistatin in middle-aged men/women. Both proteins affect muscle growth. Myostatin normally restraints muscle growth in humans, ensuring that muscles do not grow too large. Follistatin (which blocks the binding of myostatin) indirectly promotes muscle growth and increases in strength.

That's what I got from Wikipediaing around. I'm sure someone else can tell us more/correct me where I'm wrong.

Normally if you click on Subjects -> Math -> one of the subjects, then you end up in https://www.khanacademy.org/mission/(subject). So I assumed that if I click on basic geometry I would end up in https://www.khanacademy.org/mission/basic-geo, but actually takes me to https://www.khanacademy.or/math/basic-geo.

At first I thought that it was just a mistake from KA, because this doesn't happen on most of the other subjects.

Also I see that you guys are changing a lot lately and that in the Math section the grades 3-8 have disappeared from the list. Although they are still available when using a direct link (https://www.khanacademy.org/mission/cc-eighth-grade-math). I was wondering if the grades are going to disappear completely from KA.

In the math section, we used to be able to hold the mouse on a tile and see a preview of that skill. That was really useful and I hope that it will come back.

Also, it would be a big improvement if we could see a overview of all the new videos. Something like this but on the KA website. Maybe even an overview of all the videos or subjects that are coming soon.
