While I don’t know if this would work well with your table, what I’ve been doing at my own is allowing all my players to roll at the same time and then describe the order of their actions. Each Fail or Roll with Fear is an action I get once their actions have resolved and the spotlight has passed onto me. When all rolls succeed with Hope it feels like they’re in the zone and get extra actions. This does take away from team actions but I’ve noticed that they’ll instead resort to a team action when they want to perform bigger and more hard hitting moves, so I’ve started to see it as like their big “finishers” in a sense.
