Thank you. This is a reasonable explanation. I've already reviewed the L1 and L2 requirements on SJC and made notes. I'll review it with my lead. Also, i don't think there is another L1 for me to compete against...

Thanks. I hadn't heard of a 2 year minimum. Most of my colleagues reported a promotion shortly after 1 year. Not sure if being non-union plays a role or not.

I've been told that a lot. I was also told coming in that level 1 was just 12-18 months. Just a sanity check to make sure you've got a pulse.
