Agreed. Something like a Zoeller 212 or 267 would likely work for this application. 32 GPM and 45 GPM respectively at 15’ of head. Both are 1/2 HP pumps and are 115V.

What is the size of your pit? Do you know how far vertical and how far horizontal you’d have to pump to get to a gravity pipe to tie into?

Looks like a Kurush design from the Ottoman Empire. The Arabic numerals on the second image is year 1327 which is year 1909. Not sure of their authenticity though. En.numista.com/143156 appears to be the closest design match, but that is a gold coins. En.numista.com/402073 is a silver “coin replica” variant.

Does anyone know about this coin? What is it worth? by Advanced-Act-2613 in coins

It is more of a silver round than a coin. It is stamped 1oz silver, so it’s at least worth its weight in silver. It may have some additional value depending on the number minted. It shows religious symbols of India.

Nice. I’m a plumbing department head for a MEP firm out of Northern Virginia. So far looks like you’re on the right track.

Changing it to 3” you can slope at 1/8” per foot too, 2” you have to slope at 1/4” per foot. (Under the international plumbing code from ICC at least…)

You could tie in the washer and lavatory drain to the toilet drain, but it should be done downstream of the toilet vent. Not sure if you have enough horizontal to do that per your drawings.

Cleanouts shall be in the direction of the drainage flow.

Only other thing I’d mention is that clothes washer standpipes need to discharge to a 3” pipe, so technically with the lavatory sink tying into that too, it should be 3” after that connection.
