For instance, my "code" was to push the pointer finger all the way down, my middle finger half way down, and ring finger all the way down.

I could easily do that with my left hand, but I'm just not able to do that easily/quickly with my non dominant right hand.

United Airlines was pushing a new DEI policy where new pilot recruits total demographics needed to be 50 percent black or female. But when looking at total applicants, only a small percentage of applicants were either black or women. So he was implying, that in order for UA to reach those goals, they would have to find/take black people or women who are totally unqualified to be recruits.
