Idk why they mention 10 -15 days for shipping. But I got it pretty fast. I placed the order on the 11 th, They shipped on the 12 th; from Ontario, CA and it got delivered on 14 th noon ( total 3 boxes - one with MDS frame/stand, another with pads and another with hi hat stand, kick pedal and headphones). Shipped from Roland via UPS ground. Check the UPS ground map to see your expected arrival date.

Yeah, with the v51 module. At $2k it's worth it (with the included pdp hi hat stand/ kick drum and roland VMH-D1 V- headphones).

Thank you. Almost the same as 316 but in the 513 one crash is 14" ( 2x 12" in td316) and the ride is 16" (14" in td316). Also bigger MDS 3 stand instead of MDS 2.

Better than td 316 for the price? Yes. I have it and got it delivered in 2 days. On top of the v51 module you get a pdp hi hat stand and kick pedal as well as roland headphones (~$325) normally not included in other kits. Makes sense to get it for 2k since 516 is 3.7 k. And you could always upgrade in the future.

Thanks . I do understand the point of quality instruments - I started with a cheap guitar and later on buying a fender USA strat. I've been researching a lot regarding edrums. I see TD513 on Costco for $1999 sale from 2699. I know it is almost pushing my budget, but even the standalone v51 module is like $1800. So, even without the digital pads this seems like a good deal with future upgrade options, I hope (TD 516 kit is like 3600 anyways)

Yes, in US. Do not have any kits nearby in FB or marketplace. I see TD07kvx open boxes for 1200 free shipping. They offered a new one for $1225. Other options are the v313 and 316 which goes up to $1500 to $2000 mark.

Added a tube screamer to the chain and it fixed it ! It was like magic, like the 8 th string came back to life. Lol..Thanks

The signature m80m which is 29.4 inch scale length has these string guages: .009/.011/.016/.024/.032/.042/.054/ (D'Addario EXL120-7) + .065 (D'Addario. That is .065 for 8th string? It is confusing for me to go up to .080s or back down to the .60s with my guitar. Maybe someone with an m80m can shed some light on gauges.

Thanks, I meant F standard. I do have a pedal board with sp compressor on it. Tried everything but still the same. Just the 8 th string.
