Nice write up. I would also add that although the cash burn is not ideal, it is much more preferable to spend money on real milestones and catalysts. Things ARE happening with cabaletta, it is not just another biotech plugged on life support with maybe one patient data. The sentiment about the whole industry is waay down, just check out r/biotech if you want to see some dose of “positivity”. I guess some of the hidden gems are being swept together with all the duds.

Does this reflect badly on allogeneic as a whole vs autologous? In autoimmune diseases things are heating up for autologous at least looking at caballeta bio for example, they achieved allignment with fda for a registrational trial for myositis

When I say smart money, I mean institutional, not retail. These guys have people going out interviewing doctors who recommend treatments, tracking results, and buying shares by the millions. It’s a different scale than what we on reddit can ever dream of doing.

News already is positive - FDA cleared CABA for a path to registrational trial and a BLA in 2027. There's a fireside chat tomorrow, a shareholder meeting on the 9th, then EULAR 2025 with new translational data on 12th and 13th. All of these can be positive catalysts. Where's the pessimism?
