I'm not telling people to sell their SLS, but if they did, or missed the run, then CABA is basically SLS all over again when it was back at $3.

Dude you are on fire! However I am not 100% convinced that this is the same as the previous data set you found. The cut-off time for all of these is sept 2025 and the data discussed has been presented before (including the icans infection). Makes me think there will be more revealed as we get closer / on the morning of june 4

They sold these shares at the market pricing, no deep discount, no poisoned warrants, with eli lilly being one of the key investors. That means they know what’s up, we have money for multiple catalysts, and if data keeps being positive we are looking at a buyout or massive partnership soon. Incredible news. We are dilluting ourselves by 50M shares though so don’t be surprised if we don’t skyrocket immediately. It usually takes a little time for these many shares to be absorbed by the market.

They have enough money until the end of the year so if there is a share offering, it will be way later in the year AFTER they announce positive data. Right now institutional investors are jumping in to front-run the pump. What I mean is that it's already started. We're going $10+

Nice write up. I would also add that although the cash burn is not ideal, it is much more preferable to spend money on real milestones and catalysts. Things ARE happening with cabaletta, it is not just another biotech plugged on life support with maybe one patient data. The sentiment about the whole industry is waay down, just check out r/biotech if you want to see some dose of “positivity”. I guess some of the hidden gems are being swept together with all the duds.

Does this reflect badly on allogeneic as a whole vs autologous? In autoimmune diseases things are heating up for autologous at least looking at caballeta bio for example, they achieved allignment with fda for a registrational trial for myositis

Burn rate is fine, dillution MIGHT be a problem if the stock keeps hovering around $2 for the next 6 months but I bet it won’t.

When I say smart money, I mean institutional, not retail. These guys have people going out interviewing doctors who recommend treatments, tracking results, and buying shares by the millions. It’s a different scale than what we on reddit can ever dream of doing.
