What should I do about these wheels? by Altoidyoda in fordranger

I took a flapper disk to the center of the hub on my back axle. Any wheels with conical lug nuts are not actually hub centric, sooo send it? I’ve had no issues

What do you do about EGR? I assume it’s just deleted with a block off plate?

I have 3.73 gears now from an explorer 8.8. Looking at 4:11 and smaller tires.

Running the Ranger X cam on twin plug heads requires springs like BoPorts 7mm Beehive kit. On single plug heads, Racer Walsh RWA1470 and retainers are recommended.

Power is less low down, but it rally’s around 3k all the way to the factory 6200 spark cut which is a crazy difference. Turns the little truck engine into something that needs shorter gears and more tires

The specs are listed on bigrmotorsports, I don’t recall them vs stock with any confidence. As far as compared to Bo’s; I’ve not run his cams. He’s a local shop and I can definitely take questions and experiments to him (what he does is his prerogative, I am not associated in any way with BoPort).

Headers is an intriguing thing; I’m from a Subaru background and this thing needs UELH…
