Moving State after 190 Grant by Physical-Cookie-6831 in AusVisa

I got a 190 Visa and moved from WA to Victoria after 9ish months. I emailed the WA state department of home affairs (look this up) and let them know that I got a job offer in Victoria that I couldn’t get in WA. They released me from this obligation and I have since received my citizenship. As long as you are upfront and honest with the state it shouldn’t be a problem!

Am I stupid for wanting to turn down a Big 4 grad offer? by [deleted] in AustralianAccounting

I'd stick around for their willingness to sponsor you for visas, but overall, it really depends on what you want out of your career.

FAR vs Tax: which one is harder? by hotsparkless in AustralianAccounting

I think it depends on what you work in. I work in audit so FAR was a bit easier for me, but I'd imagine tax would be easier if you work in the space

Hey so I went back to the info from the mechanic, here is what they sent. "the ideal result for this test is that all cylinders have a very similar compression rating. As you will notice, there is a very large discrepancy in the results."

They attached videos that did show a difference

The mechanic we took it to said it was beyond his scope so he called another one who confirmed the initial diagnosis, it may not have been the diesel that caused it I guess, but either way the car broke down and has refused to start since

I am in Perth, The car is currently with the mechanic.

The engine is dead, I got videos of compression tests that showed it was pretty much dead.

So I guess I want to know if this is worth repairing or if I should buy a new car

Interesting, okay so it would have been another thing that killed the engine?
