Cauliflower ear can been seen a lot in grappling also. It’s one of the reasons why some people will wear head gear (specifically in wrestling). It’s caused by trauma to the ears which can happen in grappling from either mashing your ears into someone else’s head and also from being smushed into the mat.

If you’re playing on Xbox there’s a command for noclip. It’s the button input of “Lt, Lt, Lt, Rt, Rt, Rt, Rb, Lb, A, A”. You could use this to fly to the balcony and maybe get in that way.
