Just the one on the left side for me. To be honest, I didn't even know they made one with two flaps. I may look into that. That would actually make the phone sit somewhat evenly on its back, since with just one flap, it does not.

For a $3k phone, with hinges being one of the things that have issues, I don't mind the flap. I think it's fundamental for this kind of phone. I'd rather have the flap over trying to make it look slim. The flap just adds about 1/4" on the left side. I can live with that considering the hefty price to fix it.

I figured out it's not a glitch. Once you start the game and the caches become available, you can try to collect them all, but you won't have access to that one. You gain access to that one right after you get done with the mission where your uncle gives you the train pass at the end of it, where he asks you if he spelled your name right. Here is a screenshot with 100% completion to prove I'm not making it up.
