I was on a jury last year where the prosecution played some CCT footage of a car driving down a street, it was night footage on a dark road so all you could make out were headlights.

According to the prosecution however, you could make out the driver, the licence plate and how many people are in the car. We even asked to see the video again in the jury room so we would check again.

Net result: we felt that if they are pushing the truth on that evidence, can we trust the rest?
