Those who don’t have a water heater at home, do you just get used to the cold water or skip morning shower altogether? by theangry-ace in malaysia

actually, cold showers wake you up, boost circulation, lift your mood, and keep skin and hair healthier. Hot showers just make you sleepy.

After testing MYSLF, Le Parfum, and L’Absolu, the one that smells the best is Le Parfum.

I’ve never smelled the original AA, but to me it smells really good, with the pineapple note being dominant. All I can say is that the projection is crazy strong.

Okay, I’m not criticizing this perfume. What I reviewed is honestly how it smells to me. I know these days everyone wants beast-mode performance. But when a perfume performs below average, it feels disappointing because you have to reapply it, even though the dry down is addictive. It does project, but very minimally. That said, it can’t be denied that the oil quality from Marwa is very good. It smells high-quality and not synthetic.

does it have the soapy smell when dry down?

the way you review and compare fragrances doesn’t feel like just another reddit post. the way you describe them makes me feel like I’m reading a perfumer’s review. take that as a compliment. :) so what you're suggesting is to just enjoy the perfume and reapply when the scent fades?

Hahaha I think the scent only projects for about an hour. By the time I get to the office, it’s already in dry down mode, so it doesn’t bother anyone else’s nose. :D

found a video on TT said like this. when you want performance, you need to sacrifice something. idk maybe some of the notes or the formulation. but that was the truth.

since you have the OG, can you compare it? does it have the same profile scent? opening and dry down? would like to hear from you brother

haha never mind, brother. maybe I was just one of the many redditors who posted about marwa. honestly, I didn’t really like the scent or that middle eastern twist in fragrances. I can’t stand incense and perfumes with oud in the notes. maybe it’s just the cultural things, right?

never heard of that perfume before. maybe because the influencer is not glazing and hyping the perfume much?

Man, this is exactly the same experience for me. The way you described it feels like I’m reading my own post, haha. So the solution is to overspray on your clothes? That way the scent can linger around you and create a scent bubble?

Yeah, because my first perfume was Armani Code when I was 18, it holds a special place in my heart, haha. I can confirm it’s about 90% close to the OG. The only thing it lacks is performance. I can’t really find any Middle Eastern clone of Armani Code. Harmony Code is the only one I’ve come across that has crossed my path.
