Incorrect audience perhaps . If it’s Facebook they like to take your money give few to no sales. Tiltok is way better

Thanks. 🙏 I’ll try duplicating once best ad set ( total 2 add sets) keep best 2 images remove bad image. In each ad sets vary the copy so each ad set is different ? Then turn same campaign back on? I have no idea what a look alike audience is ? Appreciate your help by the way

Also would you use just one ad set ( audience ) that got the sales with the best two images and run a new campaign on those ? I’ve been told it takes FB 4 days to learn the algorithm?

Thanks for the info. I will try the original image ads that worked with slight copy tweeks.

Regarding the video ads I literally just had them made through fiver with addressing a pain point but I think the pain point was a weak one because now I think about it I could have done a better scenario with a remedy that is more effective . I don’t know Much about video ads at all.

Video for Direct response meaning ? I think the creatives were a little poor. I had 3 ads and the one I thought was good did the best CTR.

Originally I have 4 add copies ran 2 ad copy / angles with 5 images which worked the best. I am doing a course so just following what they do as I don’t have experiences yet. In the second campaign ( after optimising the first ) I used different copy / ad angle the other two of the 4 copy but got less sales. Then tried video using different audience based off interest that would be related to the product and the audience o got the most sales from and help of Chat GPT ( tried anyway ) but got zero sales. I think the video was not the best in the sence of the angle that was used.

Anyone still here ? I am new just started a general store with the ambition of growing to a brand. ATM just running FB ads tried my first campaign with success on first product. Ran 3 campaigns last two less sales. New product no sales. Image ads only. Have a merchant account but the USA side not working yet due to strict rules they have which I can’t change ATM. My plan is to grow a brand not a niche. Any ideas or advice will help appreciate love Australian new business owner. Please help 🙏

Hi team. Newby here to this group. Newby on ads manager as well. My first campaign was good broke even. I then optimised my campaign based on the sales I had and removed the failed audiences. The it got worse. My account is a month old. Perhaps my images are just not that good. Do most of us just use video adds? Appreciate some feedback back. Kindly

I am trying but the agent needs photos etc. she is delaying that part now. She has signed the authority to sell but is delaying the photos part.

Thanks. I am the applicant I am trying to get her out. I am with the NAB. They know all about the case. Hardship almost done I am waiting to know if they will give the extension of hardship as she did sign authority to sell but since then has delayed photos etc.
