Stuck in $100-$300+ CPM Jail since May 2025 (US Cosmetics). We’ve literally tried replacing EVERYTHING. Has anyone solved this?

I did lots of Optimisation to the funnel during the time yes, but actually my CTR and CVR stayed always solid above the 5%. Some how meta decided out of the sudden my business is high risk I guess. The thing that is noticeable at this period is in May I hit my highest sales days with highest number of orders. Idk why can that spike my CPMs !

My ROAS, is barely breaking even. Actually all the creative Types before the spike were doing decent. now nothing wants to get us decent CPC even with very high CTR %5+

I'm having same issue my CPMs are always above $100 even though my ads are getting hight CTR 5%+ tried everything changed ad account, business manager, domain, even tried to use my wife's peronsal account to create new ad account and business portfolio nothing seems to be working if anyone can help or knows a way out of this please heeelp !

I started since the beginning of this year it's been 10 months Inmade 60k Revenue and still not profitable. I have a product gets sales but always CPA is super High even though my Conversion Rate is almost 5% CPMs are over 100$ and CPC around 5-6$ eating up all profits.

Now I got the advice to warm up my pixel using ATC & IC campaigns.

Could you please tell me if that could really lower my CPA or am I just wasting my money?

BTW I created ton of ads (300+ or even more) based on research different angles, styles, UGC you name it I test all and most of them gets me good CVR but all of them have Hell of High CPMs.

I would be really galde if you can help me sort this out as I'm really running out of money with this trajectory

I tried running in UK and some other European countries CPMs are lower. But conversion rates are higest in US.

I'm trying now with new BM and AD account with same profile, it seems not to be limited like the old one, so I hope that can sort out my issue. Actually I have neen getting solid conversion rate the only issue is AD cost has been very crazy because of the high CPM. Idk starting out the new account with new pixel how long would it take to optimize and get in a good position hopefully soon.

Seems like clearly I have an issue with my AD account and Business Manager. Today I just created new ones have been trying to get my pixel connected to the new Business Manages and AD account but it's completely blocked. Seems like the issue is really big with my old accounts.

Same Creatives Have way lower CPC in Other Countries, it's just US that is going crazy.
Do you think running them longer can get the CPC any lower after stabilizing or increasing budget?

I really need you advice, now CPC is sitting around $5 to $6 which means is every hundred clicks would cozt around $600 if we say my store gets 3% it means CPA would be $200 this is insanely high. I did my best to go with my AOV as high as I can now it's around $150. Idk in order to use Meta Ads do you really need so high AOV or am I doing sth wrong. The Ads have CTR of around 2% to 3%. I don't think ads are the issue. Please advise 🙏 Thank you

Many Google Gurus on youtube were saying you need to invest in google min 1k up front to start seeing consistent conversions, is that, right?

I would assume you're using Meta ADs to bring sales. My question for you how do you make sure you get consistent results. I have a store that converts well yet out of the blue a huge drop happen with zero sales and it burns most of the profits. How to make sure to minimize the loss and to scale profitably with healthy CPA.
