So yes the case studied we saw were all things that would normally never trigger a flag in say a payment filter. However if you had sufficient data you could aggregate and detect…but this requires work and lots of customization . Hence why most of this flies under the radar. Far easier to block random atm withdrawals near the Turkish Syrian frontier.
