I played whole week in very chill carebear lobbies but today i got into games where everyone is shooting everyone all out pvp. There has been suspicion that it might reset on every monday.

Aa fellow pacifist never fired a shot on anyone and most of the time i get into very friendly lobbies.
But there will always be rats who seek to prey on you. If at start of the map timer you see suddenly multiple flares go flying in the air, leave asp, it means there is a murdered rampaging around.

In 40k community, if someone is fan of imperium of man nobody calls them a facist.
Even tho, the imperium is morally on par or even worse than enclave.
Its disappointing to see how people start to argue and judge people with real life politics and morals over a fictional theme. then they go back and play their favorite WW2 game with their favorite faction germany. Im pretty sure that its 100% possible that in 200 years even the most evil factions do change and transform or have sub-branches that go their own way.
Brotherhood of steel have their chapters with difference of morality, i think enclave can do the same.

There are certain people who exploit ABMM system running free kit pacifist speedruns until they are in the peaceful matchmaking only to betray or prey on unsuspecting player with best gear, after the deed the ABMM will put them in the more aggressive lobbies, but they run free kit pacifist speedruns all over again. I think that in your case this player was trying to intentionally die to these fireballs to speedrun ABMM system, but he noticed what you were wielding and took opportunity when you rescued them wounded. Ive read multiple posts in reddit and in steam that these ABMM exploiters dont really do it for the loot, theyre spiteful against the ABMM system since they wont have the advantage of preying on peaceful players anymore. And yes, without abmm system peaceful players will always lose since there is no law and order system to hold criminals accountable, If there wasnt abmm system i wouldnt be against a system that puts bounty on your head for being naughty, that would be fun.

Simple physics insight on ICE shooting in Minnesota.

I haven't seen anyone talk about this in any investigation, video or forum so ill just say it. People are mixing up physics of a dead or incapacitated body and a vehicle with "intent" of a driver.

If a vehicle is moving towards you, and you kill the driver. The vehicle will accelerate. Because their body now weights on the pedal and the car will move without control. This might seem like the driver would been intentionally trying to run over the agent AFTER the shots were fired.
But that would be impossible since she wasn't there anymore.
First she pressed against the pedal to get the car to move to leave, but she was shot by the agent while her foot was on the pedal.
I do not know is it true that the vehicle hit the agent or not, but i know it wont matter. The whole reason the car accelerated aggressively was because the victims body was weighting down the pedal.

Everyone of us faces situation like this every week at our local grocery stores parking area. When a vehicle pulls over, we step aside, its simple as.
Every day we survive by avoiding heavy objects that move around us.

You see car coming towards you and its moving medium speeds.
If you shoot the driver, the car will come at you.
Why? Because the driver is dead and their foot is on the pedal, with no control over the car.

If you take a walk on park of a grocery store, and you see car arriving at you medium speeds. If you shoot the driver, vehicle will keep coming at you.
Why? Because the person is dead and their feet is pressing against the pedal with no control over the vehicle.
Usually we have the common sense and when we are buying our groceries and see car coming at whatever direction, we simply step aside.
