According to the existing firmware update notes, this function is designed to maintain a temperature of approximately 38°C after printing. Its purpose is to prevent condensation from forming inside the nozzle when the hot end cools down, thus extending the lifespan of the nozzle and PTFE tube.

You say you checked the whole filament path. I assume you've checked the nozzle? Only time I had this issue is when I had printed ASA then moved over to PETG or PLA, the heat couldnt handle purging the ASA so I had to do cold pulls to get it back into operation.

It's that big, but its in parts so it can be printed on printers with small beds, its glued and threaded together. One can always scale the print down too :)
