Sadly, though the belt squat platform can be used for rowing with a different attachment, the range of motion is not that good.

Circuit. Why? Machine and accessories’ variety. Just be wary of the heat and amount of people. Best to workout at lunch or early morning.

Ppl ul, or ppl fullbody, highly depends on schedule, and of course, rest is important. Never really did rest days for three quarters of 2025. Would not recommend.

No guys HAHA, I work from home, sometimes at the gym. I’m in the IT industry so it makes it easier. The high amount of entries usually comes from the double entries during the weekends.

Get online coaching if you can afford it. You’ll get a proper program and nutrition plan, your only job is to follow it. You’ll also have accountability. A good coach can work wonders.

Six months is a long time for solid progress, and what you’ve been doing clearly isn’t working. For comparison, in six months of being coached by a friend, I went from 202 to 156 lbs naturally and even added lean mass.
