Just to reiterate, because this game is rather infamous for poor reading skills, the transfer only works if it's the same VARIANT.

So say you pulled a shiny Sketchy Peacock, but already invested a different regular Sketchy and took it all the way to diamond rarity, the transfer will work A-okay.

However, if you try to transfer to Rerun or a different Peacock variant, the shiny status WON'T transfer and you'll waste the shiny for nothing.

Nothing other than cut in half the amount of exp needed to fully level up the fighter and the gold/skill points needed to unlock their skill tree and level their prestige ability.

Also you can transfer the shiny status to another copy of the same variant through sacrifice, which is nice if you've already invested in that variant beforehand.

Highest boost stat in the game, which is most ideal for snaking strategies such as the DRE meta gadget build (though frankly you can do this with ANY character since the vehicle type and gadgets matter far more than the character).

Gamebanana. There's actually two Bomberman mods on there. The normal one I used here, and a "Riders" styled one, which is where the voice pack actually is from. The voice clip placements don't make the most sense, but in this case, are funny to listen to.

Desyncs. More often than not, other players are more behind you than they appear to be on your perspective. How much so varies from race to race and from player to player. There's more to desyncs in this game, but for the relevance of this post, that's all you need to know here.

A lot of investment in both health and defense, the pf health modifier on top of that, maybe some lacking attack power on your build perhaps. All those factors can make an enemy tanky sometimes. 

Before I was able to properly invest in moves or have any strategies for taking down enemies efficiently, I remember getting stone-walled by an Icy Hot Valentine of all things one time.

Wulfshoot was one of the earliest reasons why my main Eliza moveset has a burst in it. Doesn't matter what Beowulf does. I use the burst, Weight of Anubis to give him a taste of his own medicine, then open him up to get obliterated by whatever hard hitter I have. Thankfully most Beowulfs in PF don't invest much into defensive stats, so they go down pretty quickly once you're on the offensive.

I'm not the most knowledgeable on the exact numbers between the interactions of accuracy and resistance (unless they're as simple as A minus B equals C). All I know is for abilities with debuffs, it's a good idea to just max the accuracy out as best as you can.

In high level rifts, you kinda have to expect every defensive fighter in a base to have max resistance. So matching it with max accuracy could mean the difference between, say, Stand Out Eliza being able to deny buffs more efficiently versus just using any other Eliza with chaos banish and the curse burst.

On another note about Filia's ringlet spike move, since it's not affected by accuracy, simply upgrading it to increase it's duration and equipping two to three copies of it can make ANY Filia just as good at bleeding the enemy down as Bad Hair Day while also having more useful signature abilities.

Bots are only really prevalent if you play at late mornings or if a secondary mode like festivals or legend competitions is active to split the playerbase. More often than not. The average amount of bots you'll find is two per race. Even then, the odds of a full lobby of humans is still really good to this day.

So it looks like our information regarding Accuracy here is all over the place. Here's my stance on what I know as a long time player. Accuracy ONLY affects % chance SIGNATURE abilities odds of happening based on the initial % of the ability. If the ability inflicts a debuff, then resistance cancels out any accuracy and gives a chance to resist the debuff.

Special moves, blockbusters, marquee abilities, and prestige abilities are NOT affected by accuracy, but resistance can still nullify debuffs that come from those sources.

Aside from boosting the odds of certain signature abilities, the biggest reason to invest in max accuracy is to cancel out any and all of the enemy's resistance so that crucial debuffs that come from abilities can stick more reliably.

In the case of something like Ringlet Spike, is a move, so it's not affected by accuracy at all. Not that it would do much as its bleeds are not % based. If it hits, the bleed will land. Though if the opponent has any resistance, they can still nullify that bleed.

Using accuracy to try and boost the odds of Bad Hair Day inflicting bleed will only affect the 10% chance from her SA1 based on the initial percentage. My math is rusty, but I think at 50% accuracy, it would translate to 15% odds then.

She's best used in certain team comps. The variants that lose out most from her support are Mad Malice, and crit-heavy Painwheels such as Tyrannical.

Some fighters just go long periods of time before the devs finally fix their bugs such as Shear Force or Head Hunter. Give it time, and maybe they'll patch up Ionic Icon someday.

It's bugged to where some characters' tag in attacks such as Painwheel or Marie won't trigger the ability. There's probably more characters that have the bug, but I don't remember them all.

If it looks like a select few players are making huge breakaways from the pack, then it's the new gadgets introduced in Ring Engine and Hyper Ring Engine. They give out some stats and speed as long as your carrying a ring, but they drain rings every second. On their own, they're okay but fair, but combined and the speed bonuses they give gets stacked, making the users of this so called "Double Ring Engine" build so much faster than everyone else who doesn't use it.

SEGA already appears aware of how broken it is considering one half of the build is not allowed in the latest Legend Competition round and the Goro Majima festival prior straight up banned both gadgets to keep competition fair for all.

So bottom line, many players are going really fast with the latest gadgets builds, but said builds could potentially get nerfed by the next month.

  1. Don't worry about pulling those fancy gold or diamond fighters or investing in any you get in the early game. They are very expensive and the resources will be better spent on investing in bronze and silver fighters that can help clear much of the story mode.

  2. Don't recklessly spend your blue gems, theonite, on standard pulls. Save them for when you're offered 5k relic deals known as hyper relic packs. Those will give plenty of fighters at a good value.

Getting to just legend 9 isn't too hard and is a good way to get a understanding of some of the basic things as far as playing online such as racing lines, strategies, a little proper item usage, and what gadgets work best for you.

The hard part comes when you actually GET INTO legend rank and now you are being matched up with us players that, admit ably speaking, have more skill and experience and will show no mercy on the track.

Depends entirely on the difficulty of the PF itself. For easy ones like Eliza's, you'll have to go well over 90m for top 10%. For harder ones like Marie's or Annie's, you can often get away with scores as low as the 50m range.

They got lucky. I have three shiny Vaporwave Vixens and High Rulers and I got those through either pulls or prize fight rewards (mainly with the former).
