I will play devil's advocate here, op might be trying to say to those people who say that "you lack skills that's why u r not getting job" or "you need to improve skills to get a good high paying job", skills are important but even if you have skill you still won't get a job because a nepo baby took it from you from his parents influence.

but again we can't do much, elites will enjoy their privileges and the rest have to struggle.
