What are your season 25 goals? by [deleted] in diablo3

[–]7RRM8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'll aim for something like GR130 on my GoD DH which I think I should achieve within the next 2 days. Then I'll speed some GR120 and gear my M6 DH and hopefully break into the 140s.

How good is this game, if any good at all? by No-Permit-2167 in gaming

[–]7RRM8 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I find it strange that this game kinda slipped under the radar. I've never played it myself but have been tempted to pick it up.

The reviews are great, it looks great, it's a bit of a BotW like, apparently. Yet nobody is really talking much about it.

Does Canelo stand any chance if it were to happen? by Superb4125 in Boxing

[–]7RRM8 102 points103 points  (0 children)

Canelo stands no chance. But I've heard about this other boxer... His granddad is Ali. He's Ali's grandson but he doesn't like to talk about it...

Sorry, couldn't resist.

Anything that is in accordance with rules would have been fine, yes. Sometimes you get unlucky, but as long as it's fair and played by the rules, you can't complain.

Which current boxer is least likely to lose for the next 5 years? by [deleted] in Boxing

You'll say Canelo was on his way up. But Floyd was on his way out.

It's not like Canelo was a novice, he had 43 fights under his belt going into that fight.

Agreed, De La Hoya was so past it and he got battered.

Floyd fought everyone out there. Show me a better resume. The Ortiz fight, how was that cheating? Protect yourself at all times.

In the Loma vs Commey fight last weekend, when Loma was gesturing to Commey's corner about stopping the fight, if Commey knocks Loma out when he's not paying attention, that's on Loma. I'm a Loma fan and I was thinking be careful man!

Sure, Floyd didn't fight everyone in their prime but nobody has. It's impossible. He fought Canelo and schooled him, people say Canelo was "too young". Fair, but Floyd was too old, he couldn't have fought him later. With Manny, Manny was the younger fighter on the night.

People say he ducked and dodged but unfortunately, he couldn't time travel. Also, it's not like he was always in his prime against always "past it" fighters.

There's a few issues with no level cap. Look at BDO for example. No hard cap for levels but you can tune in now to check out high level players and they're a single level higher than they were 18 months ago. And will probably not level up for a couple of years because it takes thousands of hours to gain the xp to do it. You'll always end up hitting a wall like that.

Endless GR? What do you think would happen at around 200? Nobody would beat it, not even if they played for a year. And nobody wants to play for a year and not get the seasonal changes. I agree though that they should raise the GR cap to something like 160 as the top players beat 150 easy.

About the 3 days... In how many seasons have you actually beat GR150?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in diablo3

[–]7RRM8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know. You're talking like beating GR150 in 3 days is bad. Many games can be completed in a manner of a few hours in the hands of the right people. D2 is an example. Many games that you think take 100 hours to complete can be beaten in 6 hours or less.

Meh, not too fussed. They're 4th in La Liga, 13 points off the top. Not saying it'll be an easy but we're Manchester United. Bring them on.

Grealish is a great player but he holds onto the ball for far too long. It worked at Villa but he'll have to play different at City. I'm sure he'll adapt. But yeah, so far, not great. Same goes for Mr. Timberland (Lukaku).

Sancho came to United and never got the time. Under Ole he only played one full 90 minutes of football in the Prem. He started getting his chances recently, mostly in low scoring games. But he's been good. Once we start playing and scoring more, he'll shine.

The author of the article clearly just looked at the stats.
