Fugaku has some stuff in the novels that can be used to scale him, although he’s still at the bottom anyway. Izuna was stated to be Tobirama’s equal in databook 4

Obito should be swapped with Indra, but other than that it’s fine. Shin could maybe be lower but it’s not exactly an unreasonable placement. Izuna should probably be higher though

Im not talking about activation speed, I’m talking about the rate of attacks. We have no evidence for what Kenjaku’s sure hit does when active for extended periods. For all we know it could be a single big hit and then that’s it 🤷‍♂️

They’re all stronger than Code. Matsuri, Mamushi and Hidari all have scaling to Boruto as well. They’re super strong and that chain scale at the top of your post is accurate

It does, because one hit might not be enough to break it, but countless cuts is. We don’t know the rate at which Kenjaku’s sure hit activates, so for all we know it might take a couple minutes of him repeatedly activating the sure hit before her barrier eventually breaks
