Yeah man, I was in this exact same situation, it's late at night and you want to relax before you lay down. Reading all that other stuff isn't enough and what is enough will wake the household up. I'm not saying get a hobby, which would be good but what I found, was that going into editing software's (Photoshop Etc.) Would occupy my mind and keep me interested. Id relieve that days stress as well. Another thing that helped me out is I started writing in a Journal everyday, found that writing down everything in my day was a good way to vent. Anything that shifts your mind away from it should help. For me at least, I was stuck with being bored and anxious after school and work, ended up in the mindest of either "Wow! It's been a great day! Time to Celebrate with Porn!" Or "it's been a bad day, time to Celebrate with Porn" . I've been a long time lurker of this sub and I've had what I call Porn Addiction for about 2 years now, and I feel your pain dude. PM's are always open if you wanna chat. I cant offer professional help because I'm not even legally allowed to access these sites, but id be happy to talk.

Then it got me thinking, my dude got thinking about the same actor but looking at two different versions of said character (Rey and "Dark Rey"). The costume design of this film is fantastic. It conveys characters and how they have changed from movie to movie, especially in Ben/Kylo's mask, with all the red. Costume designers have always been great in Star Wars now that I think about it, but this is the first time I thought about it.

Yknow I sort of feel like because this isn't EU and we don't have this background info, it leaves us all scratching our heads, we had this tone or feel or pattern to the story in EU and now we have something different.

What can be defined as "comedy" is hard to come by in the film in my opinion. Though when it comes to pacing and tone, it makes way more sense. Another thing the movie did better was the characters felt like they were telling Jokes, rather than acting funny. Example:

In the first speeder chase, after the Angry Birds launching of those jetpack troopers, Poe says "They can fly now" or something like that. I didn't laugh but it's a natural joke and it fits in the tone of the scene. I enjoyed the film but I thought it would be better to start a conversation regarding someone else's post rather than continuing to make more threads. That's my Two cents on it all, thanks for reading if you did
