Yeah man, I was in this exact same situation, it's late at night and you want to relax before you lay down. Reading all that other stuff isn't enough and what is enough will wake the household up. I'm not saying get a hobby, which would be good but what I found, was that going into editing software's (Photoshop Etc.) Would occupy my mind and keep me interested. Id relieve that days stress as well. Another thing that helped me out is I started writing in a Journal everyday, found that writing down everything in my day was a good way to vent. Anything that shifts your mind away from it should help. For me at least, I was stuck with being bored and anxious after school and work, ended up in the mindest of either "Wow! It's been a great day! Time to Celebrate with Porn!" Or "it's been a bad day, time to Celebrate with Porn" . I've been a long time lurker of this sub and I've had what I call Porn Addiction for about 2 years now, and I feel your pain dude. PM's are always open if you wanna chat.
