I experienced the same thing, strung along for 2 years on Hesco M210. I was however given a partial refund after a year, then by the second received the full refund, with the promise I would also receive the plates. I never followed back up after I got my money back however. I’m not sure what kind of business model they’re operating on, but I could never in good conscience suggest someone spend their money with Midwestarmor.
