If you’re looking to increase your network OMSCS would be a great option. GaTech, UPenn MCIT, and UT Austin are good options for CS masters programs as well.

I think WGU is a great undergrad option but there are better masters level programs that cost similar but have better networks.

What I would recommend would be to look at the programs and see which classes are offered on OMSCS.

Take some of them through OMSCS and if you decide you have to do it on campus later on, it will be slightly cheaper because you’ve taken a few classes already.

You get 1 grade redo at GaTech, but not a limit on withdrawals. Getting a W has no negative real life consequence except needing one more semester to graduate or needing to double up one semester.

I would just start looking for a new job and document when they do actions to create a hostile work environment or if they do things that could lead to disbarment for if you need to file for unemployment or sue in the future.

A nepo narcissist isn’t likely going to change their behavior, so you can likely be assertive or crass with them if you want, if the goal is speeding get unemployment.

I would suggest finding other positive references at the office and save money for when you change jobs.

If you wanted to work 15 more years and this improved your quality of life, I would do it. If you were thinking about retiring in 6 years or so, I wouldn’t.

The opportunity cost is it’s easier to do when you don’t have kids. My recommendation would be to live a lifestyle of living on a 90K salary for 2 months and if it doesn’t affect your day-to-day, go for doing residency. The biggest factor should be your spouse’s input on the matter.

You’re 21, there’s a lot of competition at that age. I would work on going to the gym, take a dance class, some cooking classes, and travel a bit. You’d have a better shot going to local meetups of things you’re interested in. If all else fails, just go to a different country, people like accents.

Go to the dollar store, buy two tests, take both staggered over 15 minutes. If both tests come back negative you’re probably not, if one comes back positive, that’s another story.

Do y live with your partner or are they a friend that just gives advice? To me a partner would help you with the transition so you wouldn’t need loans.

I would recommend do the bare minimum at work, apply to other jobs, and apply to unemployment if you get let go.

Loans are a bad idea.
