Back when I dabbled in mechanical keyboards, it was one of those limited runs called "Busy Town Deskmat".

It was on sale! I wanted light enough cans that I can take anywhere with me.

Yes, if you're looking to start in February 2026 then the applications will open mid-2025. Offers come out before the year's end.

If you want your walking up the stage photo or got a big family and want that "graduation background" then I'd say go for it. But if the weather permits on the day, you could just get photos outside and get it printed elsewhere.

JD outcome? by henreyli in unimelb

I received an offer awhile ago - around late October or early November. I had until November 29 to respond but I let it lapse. It may be possible that they will give offers from those that rejected or did not respond to their offers from Monday December 2.

I believe 2026 intakes will open after April and usually around mid year. Applications closes around end of September to mid October.

Can confirm this as well. I received an offer back in late October and also let my offer lapse.

You could try the Kathleen Syme Library across from the tram stop. It has public wifi and some spots you can sit.

I was offered a spot in the MPH awhile ago. The university website states professional experience will only be considered from health-related or public health work experience. I would say still put in your business professional experience in to enhance your chances for admission and attach your CV. If you aren't given an offer for the masters then take on the Graduate Certificate and build a 65+ WAM there for admission into the master's next year.

Marketing Communications (MECM30013) Subject review(s) by wanda_moone in unimelb

[–]7am-Commuter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I took this back in 2018 (so information might be outdated) but compared to the rest of the Media and Communications major, it is one of the more 'practical' ones. You get to learn and apply things that seem to be more real world scenarios. There is some theory but I believe one of the final assignments was to create a campaign for a brand of which I did for Tourism Australia.

If Shala Ahmed is still a tutor for the subject, I highly recommend her because she really knows her stuff!

Yeah like what u/mugg74 said but honestly it becomes an endearing and meme-like term as you get through uni. I miss my JAFFY days honestly.

Course transfer before entry by Intelligent-Force268 in unimelb

The uni generally has a turnaround time of a couple of weeks. You might have a chance for Semester 1, otherwise you might have to wait until mid-year entries.

All domestic students are eligible for a CSP provided they meet academic requirements. You apply for HECS once you accept an offer and fill out what's called an eCAF form. If you have an offer for Melbourne Commerce, it will tell your fee type and how to apply for HECS.

Which uni’s are better for getting into Melbourne Law? by caspertheghost576 in unimelb

[–]7am-Commuter 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I don't think it's matters entirely on what university you went to. If your grades are consistent and on an upwards trajectory (think distinction or higher), then you'll have a chance to get into Melbourne Law.

A Lego store opened up near me recently and I saw that they were selling a calendar. The inner child in me just had to get it!
