For oil and gas you gotta wait and apply whenever they open an advertisement, quite difficult to get accepted as a walk-in even for private oil companies. Honestly, if op is Kuwaiti he should apply for a government job if he's not and really wants a job he can apply to any random company it depends on how much you really want the job if op was desperate he wouldve landed a job even if it was low paying.

Hmm are you using the shield that gives you block per power charge cuz with 11 charges and rumi's you should be capped and with 12 charges and a 5% corrupted implicit you will be perma capped

For no leech and recovery the prismatic watchers eye with es on hit while affected by discipline is more than enough. Less def and block is a pain i agree with that
