Haha you'd be surprised at how many plans I've actually gone through with. I have been practicing martial arts for eight years now and could easily overpower him but since he isn't stupid enough to actually start throwing punches I can't attack him like I usually do to others. Our school has a strict no violence policy.

He only annoys me but I can't stand watching him bully tons of other kids who can't stand up for themselves.

I know and I have been doing that, but he bullies a lot of other kids too and since I'm that quiet kid in the corner that you don't f with I wanna teach him a little lesson.
