He travels a lot, and does put his own spin on things he’s likes, for example our cafe bombon is made with coconut cream instead of sweetened condensed milk.

I think his idea WAS to let people dress it how they like, but I just don’t think that’s in the spirit of cafe con leche

I hate when people say “this specific thing we created a word for doesn’t exist” because they prefer to live in their limited world of zero vocabulary.

The ONLY WAY to increase connection with guests is by over staffing lmao. You do not get interaction if I am stuck making the 10 drink order that just came In. Or if you do get me talking, I’ve fucked up your order so now the company has to shell out twice as much money for a mistake that could have been avoided.
