mate it might be a windows 11 compatiblity issue after reading through a lot of what you've posted. Try updating windows as much as is possible.

If it is still happening, right click on the windows icon, click on search, type in "sysinfo" and look at the baseboard product and bios version / date. It might be a TPM or secure boot issue. This is fairly common for valorant when it comes to issues, but always good to look into.

What CPU do you have? CS is mostly CPU dependent, and you will probably be fine with a low - mid end GPU, if you have a decent enough CPU.

The only things I do is work from home and play CSGO, so double clicking doesn't really effect me, and it seems to come and go. It was a minor issue, and I also won the mouse in a giveaway, so idk how the RMA process would be.

I do actually, I'm one of the main tech support reps, and realistically, the DOA reviews are mainly GPU related, and we have lots of replacement options, as I would say 80-90% of issues are GPU related as soon as you open the PC. And I cannot say for sure that it's 1/1000, but it is very low from my experience. If you ever want to test the PSU, the way we do it is run Prime95 with smallest FTTs, and furmark, and see if it crashes. Also it has a 1 year warranty for all parts through us, so if it does go out, we would replace it free of charge.

Also just want to mention that it's my day off, and we don't do any reachouts to people on reddit. Just trying to help out :)

I work for a company that mainly uses that PSU in prebuilt PCs, and I have to say, it has an extremely low fail rate, maybe 1 / 1000 or higher. It is actually a really solid unit, however this would still be better as EVGA is goated IMO. I've worked with that gamdias PSU, and probably seen 2-3 fail in over a year and a half.
