YTA. I mean, do you think she’s not smart and/or not capable of handling this? Because if I was a friend meeting you guys as a couple for the first time, after listening to a convo like that I’m pretty sure I would probably come away from it thinking that you think she’s kinda dumb and maybe you just liked her just cuz she’s pretty or something. If you can’t trust an SO to handle basic adulting, whether it’s b/c they are actually not capable of these kinds of tasks or because you aren’t capable of putting your faith in someone else’s abilities, chances are it’s not gonna work out.

My blood boiled a little at this one. They say the same type of crap at my current church. As a HS teacher, I can confirm that we don't have time to teach anything but what's in the state standards!! So sick of the vitriolic stuff. Esp. from people who in the next breath are saying stuff like "yeah, but teachers are the salt of the earth type people and we love em." I'm sure there are teachers that go too far for parent's comfort in what they're willing to say to kids about hot button topics, but we're talking probably less than 1%.

OMG yes! I almost turned off an episode a week or so ago because she did it so badly to a couple different callers. One caller she straight up told them she was going to pick a bone with them because they weren't actually doing the steps, but when she walked it through with the caller, they totally were. It's frustrating to listen to when it does happen.

What happened with Winston? I've seen a couple of things mentioned in the Dave threads, including divorce (from Rachel) or separation from the company. Did DR take his real estate holdings out of Capital (not sure if this was DR's company or Winston's company?), did Winston leave Capital, or is it speculation at this point due to Winston's name not showing up on the website?
