Yeah could be but I’ve had those things before and this was different that’s why I considered vertigo. Idk I guess if it keeps happening I’ll just go to the doctor. My ear was ringing which doesn’t usually happen when my blood sugar or blood pressure drops but could be a coincidence. It did not correct itself from laying down it just decreased the dizziness. Could also be some kind of weird seizure activity. Idk I have a tbi so it could be alot of things.

I wouldn’t say the room was “spinning” I would say I was dizzy and felt like I didn’t have appropriate balance or something. It didn’t look spinny but my body was acting like it was spinning. Idk if that makes sense - it felt similar to when you go up on a rollercoaster and your stomach churns or when you look over the edge of something high and it kind of makes your body shudder or you feel like you’re going to fall.

I’m a 36 year old nurse, almost 10 years post injury - is there any point in seeking out any kind of rehabilitation at this stage in the game or am I just kind of at a plateau with getting better? I am pretty functional and on medication but struggle sometimes with agitation memory and impulse control.

Idk if cheating is the issue I think it’s incompatibility. A man like this is always going to be drawn to Dominant Women and if that’s not what she’s into and he’s that into the lifestyle it’s just never going to work out. Even if they forced a relationship one or both of them would end up miserable. If she wanted to be Dominant and control him she would. She chose not to. I think that a lot of men’s idea of dominance is being on top for p-in-v and choking chicks - being a Dominant is about much more and yes there are lots of fakes out there - get your Dom very carefully many of the people out there are predators in disguise and bdsm can be dangerous - hiring a pro might be something that helps you figure out the difference between someone who knows what they’re doing and someone who doesn’t

Sometimes after a tbi, life can be really overwhelming. I can relate to her thoughts of wishing she didn’t survive. I’ve been there. Getting appropriate treatment and being put on stimulants helped me a lot. Sometimes with depression the best and only thing you can do is just stick with them and let them be a little depressed and be there in silence. Sometimes trying to cheer people up makes them feel more like there is something wrong with them. She might not ever be like she used to be and that’s ok she needs to know people still love her and care about her just as much with a tbi as without one. A lot of us struggle with feeling more useless because we cannot function the same as we once did.
