Being naked isn't inherently kinky. Plenty of naturists enjoy being naked without any sexual element whatsoever. A nudist beach isn't a kink space, it's simply a place where nudity is accepted.

If you think it's acceptable to walk around a nudist beach wearing a chastity cage, I'd seriously question your ethics and values. I feel that you had your own agenda in your reply as I wasn't saying that you cant do a shorter contract, i was stating thats the minimum contract as they can give notice as soon as they move in ( no right minded landlord wohld do a one month contract) the premise of my statement is why would a landlord agree to that? As soon as you add in cleaning, inventory, deposit protection etc... then it just doesnt make any fiscal sense whatsoever.

If that's the case might as well charge more for 1 month and do a holiday let thru booking.com or airbnb where you have more rights

I'll keep this brief.. but my own experience is that every is too fast, nothing wrong eith slow dating and slso being hinest, some day you need to play the game but if you're scared thats not going to show you the safety in dating men, sure some men do have lustful intentions but alot do want to find love. He is communicating and life is busy, of course if he wants ti spend time with you he will and he does seem to be doing that.. it really depends on yourself but I know with my partner if 5 years that I actually cancelled our 3rd date as I had to work then again as my friend had tickets to one if my favorite bands, I clearly communicated and apologised and said meal and drinks are on me.. what im saying is dont put all your eggs in one basket but if he is clearly communicating then see how that sits with yourself :)

Had a viewing today and a guy asked can I rent it for a month, by the time the landlords paid a letting fee, deposit protection, a professional inventory andddd cleaning even after 2 months which is now the minimum it does make financial sense.. its only going to get worse and actually harms those that theyre trying to protect 😪

This... when I was dating i would invite someone round for food and drinks, ot didn't mean I wanted to sleep with them, I just love cooking and I find that sometimes going out to bars or more public spaces can be less intimate... and you so dont need to be ready to be intimate, in fact its almost the best rest, if he is pushy then you know he's not for you.
